Sam began running over 30 years ago on National Smokeout Day and
hasn't stopped since! Many daily runs, races and marathons
(personal best of 2:38 at the Penn Relays Marathon in Philadelphia) have followed. Years of
racing and coaching later, Sam's enthusiasm and dedication are
still contagious. For people at all levels, running with Sam is
an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
